What data we process

The advertorialeseo.eu website contains no contact, order or subscription forms and offers no user accounts. The site itself therefore does not collect personal data from you through fields to fill in.

We process two categories of data:

1. Data you send us voluntarily

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone – for example to ask for a quote or to order the publication of an advertorial – we process:

• your name and, where applicable, the company you represent;
• your contact details (email address, phone number);
• the content of the messages and correspondence you exchange with us;
• the materials you send us for publication (articles, press releases, links, anchor texts) and any personal data you include in them;
• invoicing details, if you place an order (company name, CIF, address, contact person).

2. Minimal technical data

The server hosting the site automatically records, in standard access logs, minimal technical data: IP address, browser type and operating system (user agent), pages accessed, and the date and time of access. This data is used exclusively for the operation, maintenance and security of the site.

Legal bases for processing

We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, as follows:

• Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract – Art. 6(1)(b): when you ask us for a quote, we negotiate the details of an order or we publish the materials you ordered;
• Our legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f): for the operation and security of the site (server logs, preventing abuse and cyber-attacks), for keeping commercial correspondence and for defending our rights in any disputes;
• Legal obligation – Art. 6(1)(c): for issuing invoices and keeping financial and accounting documents in accordance with Romanian tax and accounting legislation.

We do not process data on the basis of consent through this site, with one possible exception: optional cookies, which you activate only if you choose to do so from the consent banner (see the “Cookies” section below).

Purposes of processing

We use the data described above exclusively to:

• reply to your requests and send you the quotes you ask for;
• carry out the publishing, writing or link building orders you place;
• issue invoices and meet our accounting and tax obligations;
• keep the site running, available and secure;
• defend our rights in the event of claims or disputes relating to the services provided.

We do not use your data for unsolicited direct marketing, we do not send newsletters and we do not take automated decisions with legal effects on you.

How long we keep the data

• Commercial correspondence (email, WhatsApp): for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 3 years at most from the last contact (the general limitation period provided by the Civil Code), after which it is deleted;
• Financial and accounting documents (invoices and the related supporting documents): 5 years, in accordance with the tax and accounting legislation in force;
• Server logs: a short, strictly technical period set by the hosting provider for maintenance and security, after which they are overwritten or deleted automatically.

Who we disclose data to

We do not sell, rent or exchange personal data with anyone. Your data may be accessed, strictly to the extent necessary, only by:

• the web hosting provider of the site, which technically stores the server logs;
• the accounting services provider, for recording invoicing documents;
• public authorities (tax, judicial or supervisory), only where the law obliges us to make certain data available to them, on the basis of a lawful request.

We have agreements in place with the providers that process data on our behalf, obliging them to protect the data in accordance with the GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union

In principle, we do not transfer your data outside the European Union: our site, correspondence and records are managed in the EU.

The practical exception: if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or to interact with our Facebook page, the communication passes through Meta’s services, which have their own privacy policies and may involve international data transfers on the terms Meta sets. Using these channels is your choice – alternatively, you can contact us at any time by email at contact@succes-grup.ro or by phone on +40 771 430 955.

Your rights under the GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• the right of access – to find out what data we process about you and to receive a copy of it;
• the right to rectification – to ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or incomplete data to be completed;
• the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – to ask for your data to be deleted, under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR;
• the right to restriction of processing – to ask for processing to be temporarily limited, under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR;
• the right to data portability – to receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format;
• the right to withdraw consent – at any time, for processing based on consent (the optional categories in the cookie banner), using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of any page, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
• the right to object – to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@succes-grup.ro. We will reply within one month of receiving your request, in accordance with Art. 12 GDPR.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28–30 General Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, Sector 1, Bucharest – website: www.dataprotection.ro. We would nevertheless encourage you to write to us first: as a rule we can resolve any concern quickly.

Cookies

The site does not set any cookies by default. Your consent preferences are stored only locally, in your browser (localStorage, the sg_consent_v1 entry). We do not activate statistics or marketing scripts without your explicit agreement, given through the consent banner. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we process data changes (for example, if we add a contact form or a new provider) or when the law requires it. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is always published on this page. We recommend that you review it periodically.
