SEO article writing that convinces readers and algorithms

Copywriters who specialise in SEO content write advertorials, blog articles, press releases and presentation copy for you – in clean Romanian, properly researched and built around the keywords that matter to your business.

What we write

Four types of text, the same standard

Whatever the format, every text goes through research, writing and a final language and optimisation check before it reaches you.

SEO advertorials

Sponsored articles with your links on natural anchor texts, written in an editorial tone and labelled correctly – ready to be published on the sites in our portfolio or on publications you choose.

Blog articles

Guides, tutorials and informative articles for your company blog that answer your customers’ real questions and build your authority in the niche, article by article.

Press releases

Announcements written in journalistic format – a clear lead, quotes, contact details – prepared for distribution through our press release publishing service.

Presentation copy

Service pages, product descriptions and “about us” texts that explain clearly what you do, for whom and why you are the right choice – without clichés and without filler.

How our copywriters work

A good article does not start in the text editor, but in research. Before the first line is written, the copywriter who takes your order goes through the materials you send us, the relevant public sources in your niche and what has already been published on the subject – so that the final text says something concrete, not rephrased generalities.

The second step is keywords. We start from the terms proposed in the brief and check them: how people search for the subject, which variants and related questions appear, which phrases deserve a place in the headline and subheadings. The keywords are then built in where they sound natural – not repeated mechanically until they spoil the reading.

Next comes structure: a single main heading, H2 and H3 subheadings that organise the information in a useful order, short paragraphs and lists where they help. A correct structure lets readers scan the page in a few seconds and gives search engines the context they need to understand what the text is about.

The links go in last. Anchor texts are worded naturally, in sentences that would make sense even without the link, and they vary from one article to the next: the brand name, descriptive phrases and, in moderation, the exact keyword.

The natural anchor test:

A good anchor reads like a recommendation, not like an advert. If the sentence sounds forced when you read it aloud, we rewrite it before delivery.

What “optimised for AI search” means

GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is the set of practices that make a text easy for AI assistants to understand and quote: a clear structure, direct answers, verifiable data and explicit context.

More and more searches now receive AI-generated answers, which cite only a small number of sources. Our texts take this into account: we state the essential answer right after each subheading, include figures and concrete examples, define technical terms and name the relevant entities explicitly – brand, product, location. That way the article stays useful for the human reader and, at the same time, becomes a source that a generative engine can pick up correctly.

We have explained in detail how this kind of optimisation works in our guide to SEO for AI search (GEO).

The writing + publishing package

You get the best results when the text and the place of publication are planned together. That is why most clients order writing together with SEO advertorial publishing: we write the article, you approve it, then we publish it on the sites you choose from our portfolio of 450 publications, and at the end you receive the list of live URLs.

One brief, one supplier.

A text written by us meets the publishing rules of the sites in the network from the first draft, so you do not lose time on back-and-forth between copywriter and editor.

How it works

From brief to delivered text, in 4 steps

You send the brief

Tell us the topic, target audience, keywords and the links you want – by email or on WhatsApp, in whatever form suits you.

We write the text

The copywriter researches the topic and writes the article: H2/H3 structure, keywords integrated naturally, natural-sounding anchor texts.

You approve the text

You receive the article to read, with one round of changes included. You send us your comments, we apply them and give you the final version.

We publish or deliver

We publish the article on the sites you chose from the portfolio or deliver it to you in Word, ready to use on your own channels.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about article writing

How many words does an article written by you have?

The standard length for an advertorial is 500–800 words – enough to treat a subject seriously and to place links naturally. For blog articles we usually recommend 900–1,500 words. We agree the exact length in the brief, depending on the subject and the purpose of the text.

Can I ask for changes to the delivered text?

Yes. Every order includes one round of changes: you read the text, send us your comments in a single message and we apply them. For additional adjustments or major changes of direction compared with the original brief, we agree the cost together before we start work.

Do you also write on technical or specialised subjects?

Yes, with appropriate research. For technical fields we rely on the source materials you send us and on trustworthy public sources. For regulated fields – medical, legal, financial – we recommend that the final text is also validated by a specialist on your team before publication.

Do you deliver only the text, without publishing?

Yes. You can order the writing alone: you receive the article in Word format, with full rights of use, and publish it wherever you like. If you also want publication, the writing-plus-publishing package on the sites in our portfolio is the simplest option – one brief, one supplier.

How do I send the brief and what should it contain?

Send the brief by email to contact@succes-grup.ro or on WhatsApp (opens in a new window). A useful brief contains: the subject and purpose of the text, the audience you are addressing, the keywords you want, the links and anchor texts to insert, your preferred tone and, if you have them, materials or examples to start from. We reply within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday.
