Why a clear brief matters
Most corrections to an advertorial start with information that was missing at the beginning: which anchor text you want, which page the link points to, which topics to avoid or which legal limits apply to your sector. A short but complete brief moves those decisions ahead of the writing instead of after it.
What the generated brief contains
The document has six blocks: the company and website, the goal and audience, the list of keywords with anchor texts and target URLs, the tone and permitted sources, the legal restrictions, and the practical details (length, deadline, images). A note on the publishing requirements is added at the end: Word article, landscape image with a source, links inside the content. Fields left empty appear as “not specified”, so whoever reads the brief sees at once what is missing.
How the score is calculated
The completeness score is a simple sum of fixed weights. The main message and the list of anchors with valid URLs carry the most points, followed by the target audience, company, website, goal and legal restrictions. The remaining fields add fewer points. The score does not judge the quality of your ideas, only whether the writer has everything needed. If the message or anchors contain wording such as “the best” or “guaranteed”, you will see a warning, because that kind of wording is rejected at review.

What is an advertorial brief?
It is the short document in which you tell the writer or agency what you want to communicate: who you are, the goal of the article, who it is for, which anchor texts and URLs it must contain and what must not appear. A complete brief reduces the number of correction rounds.
Is any of my data sent over the internet?
No. The brief is built in your browser, and the email and WhatsApp buttons only open a prepared message that you send yourself. The draft is saved in this browser only, and you can delete it at any time.
Why do legal restrictions appear in the brief?
Some sectors have special publishing rules: gambling, supplements and cosmetics, alcohol and financial services. Ticking them at the start tells the writer which warnings and limits apply, so the article is not rejected at review.
How many anchor texts can I add?
Between one and five rows, each with a keyword, an anchor text and a target URL. For a single article, a small number of well-justified links looks more natural than a long list of anchors.
What if the brief is too long for the email or WhatsApp link?
The link then carries a short version, and the full brief is copied to your clipboard automatically so you can paste it into the message. You can also download the .txt or .md file and attach it.
