Campaign Navigator: the right selection of sites for your niche

Choose your niche, keywords and how many publications you want. The algorithm weighs topical relevance, authority and domain diversity, and suggests a constellation of sites that you can send us for a quote in one click.

How the navigator works

The navigator starts from the public catalogue of sites, with its current Domain Authority and Page Authority metrics. For each publication it calculates how well it fits your niche, then picks a balanced selection.

  • Topical relevance — sites in the category you choose get the highest score, those in related categories (for example health and lifestyle, or business and finance) an intermediate score, and national news and general-interest publications a score for broad coverage.
  • Keywords — if you type “cluj”, “dentistry” or “energy”, we look for them in each site’s name and description; matches move up the ranking.
  • Authority — a combination of DA and PA, normalised across the whole network.
  • Diversity — we limit how many sites from a single category enter the selection and avoid domains with near-identical names, so the link profile looks natural.

Tip: for a new brand, a mix of 60–70% sites from your own niche and 30–40% news or general-interest publications tends to give a more credible link profile. Tick the option “Also include a few national news publications”.

Once you have your selection

Add the sites to your campaign, optionally fill in the promoted URL and the anchors, then send the request by email or WhatsApp. You can also download the list as a CSV file or share it as a link. Before you send the article, check it with the compliance checker and read the publishing rules.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about campaign navigator

How does the navigator choose the sites?

Each site gets a score with two components: topical relevance (the site’s category against your chosen niche, related categories, and keywords found in its name and description) and authority (a combination of DA and PA). Their weighting depends on the option you pick: relevance, balanced or authority. The selection is then diversified, so you do not end up with near-identical domains or a single category.

Is the suggested selection a price quote?

No. The navigator suggests suitable sites; once you add them to your campaign, you send us the list by email or WhatsApp and receive a quote, based on our flat rates.

Can I change the selection after calculating it?

Yes. You can add all the suggested sites to your campaign or only some of them, and from the portfolio you can add or remove other publications at any time. Your campaign is kept in your browser.

Is the data I enter sent anywhere?

No. The calculation runs locally in your browser, using the public catalogue of sites. Nothing reaches us until you send the quote request yourself.
